Things people sometimes wonder after joining
What is The FiVth?
Both pass types include full access to mainstage content and recordings. In-person passes add access to live workshops, curated roundtables, and in-room networking. Virtual passes are best if travel is not possible but you still want the content and community.
Can I upgrade from virtual to in-person later?
Yes. If in-person seats are still available, you can upgrade by paying the difference between your original pass and the current in-person rate. Reply to your confirmation email and our team will handle it for you.
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Absolutely. You can transfer your pass up to 7 days before the event starts. Transfers are free for all membership levels—just contact support with the new attendee’s details.
Do you support company purchase orders or invoices?
Yes. Complete checkout with your business card or select the invoice option if available in your region. You’ll instantly receive a tax-compliant receipt with your company details for reimbursement or accounting.
Will I be charged for upsells automatically?
No. You’ll first confirm your base membership and summit pass. On the next screen you’ll see optional upgrade offers with clear pricing. You’ll explicitly choose any upsell before your card is charged.
